Since 2005, Veolia’s subsidiary company, Neva Energy S.A. has been operating its own authorized service center for repair and maintenance of boiler equipment. Employees of the service center have respective certificates of internationally recognized manufacturers of equipment.
Neva Energy carries out maintenance of boiler equipment, including:
- after-sales service during the warranty period – performance of the scheduled maintenance prescribed by the manufacturer for the respective type of equipment;
- maintenance and repair during the post-warranty period using original spare parts.
